The Huck Institutes Cryo-Electron Microscopy Facility at University Park operates a 300 kV Titan Krios with Falcon 4i and Selectris X, a 200 kV Talos Arctica G2 with Falcon 4i, and a Hydra Bio plasma cryo-FIB-SEM with integrated fluorescence, plus VitroJet, Vitrobot Mark IV, Leica EM GP2 and glow discharge for sample preparation. It serves Penn State, external academic and industry users through iLab. The Hershey College of Medicine cryo-EM core is listed separately.
