The Huck Institutes Cryo-Electron Microscopy Facility at University Park operates a 300 kV Titan Krios with Falcon 4i and Selectris X, a 200 kV Talos Arctica G2 with Falcon 4i, and a Hydra Bio plasma cryo-FIB-SEM with integrated fluorescence, plus VitroJet, Vitrobot Mark IV, Leica EM GP2 and glow discharge for sample preparation.
