The Cryo-Electron Microscopy Research Center (CEMRC) in the Hector F. DeLuca Biochemical Sciences Complex operates a 300 kV Titan Krios G3i, a 200 kV Talos Arctica and a 120 kV Talos L120C plus Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB-SEM and plunge-freezing equipment for single particle analysis, cryo-electron tomography and MicroED. It also hosts the Midwest Center for Cryo-Electron Tomography (MCCET, NIH U24 GM139168), which adds a cold-FEG Titan Krios G4i with Selectris X energy filter and Falcon 4i, an Aquilos 2 with integrated fluorescence microscope and a Leica Stellaris 5 cryo-confocal. Rates are posted for internal, external academic and industry users, and MCCET time is allocated through the National Cryo-ET Network hub at cryoetportal.org.
