The Cryo-Electron Microscopy and Tomography Center is a shared resource operated by the St. Jude Department of Structural Biology in Memphis. It runs a 300 keV Titan Krios with K3, BioQuantum filter and Volta phase plate, a 200 keV Talos Arctica with K3 and BioQuantum, a Talos L120C for screening, and, since 2024, a cold-FEG Titan Krios G4 with Selectris X and Falcon 4i. Sample preparation uses a Vitrobot Mark IV, a Leica EM GP2, a Gatan Solarus II plasma cleaner and a Pelco easiGlow, with a dedicated GPU cluster and DDN storage.

Cryo-Electron Microscopy and Tomography Center serves its own institution only. These can take outside samples:
