The Evelyn Gruss Lipper Cryo-Electron Microscopy Resource Center at Rockefeller University operates two 300 kV Titan Krios microscopes (Krios 1 and Krios 2), a 200 kV Talos Arctica, an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB, a Leica EM Cryo-CLEM and a Vitrobot Mark IV. It also brokers Rockefeller time on NYSBC cryo-EMs under the university's contributing membership. Published FY27 internal rates are $1,300 per day for each Krios.
External users may book only sessions that Rockefeller users have not reserved within 48 hours of the start time, and a trained Rockefeller scientist operates the microscope.
