The Cryo-EM Core Facility is a Dean's CoRE at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (1425 Madison Ave, New York). It operates a single 200 kV Glacios 2 cryo-TEM with Falcon 4i and Ceta-M cameras for single particle analysis, tomography and MicroED, plus a Vitrobot Mark IV for sample vitrification. Internal, external academic and industry users book through iLab.
External academic users are welcome under the same policies as internal users; industry users (BSL-1 samples only) are handled on a project-based contract; booking and pricing run through iLab (login required).
