CUNY ASRC Imaging Facility

The Imaging Facility at the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center in Manhattan is a multi-modal electron and optical microscopy core serving materials and life sciences. Its cryo-EM capability is a 300 kV FEI Titan Halo 80-300 TEM with a Gatan K3 direct detector, Ceta 16M camera and Gatan 626 and Fischione cryo-transfer holders, supported by a 120 kV Tecnai G2 Spirit Twin with a cryo holder, a Vitrobot Mark IV, a Fischione NanoClean and a Leica ACE600 coater. The facility also runs a Cs-corrected Titan Themis 200 S/TEM, a Helios NanoLab 660 FIB-SEM and a Quattro ESEM, and charges published hourly or daily rates to CUNY, external academic, start-up and industrial users.
