WUCCI is the core imaging facility of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, covering light, electron, X-ray and cryo-electron microscopy. Its cryo-EM unit runs a 300 kV Titan Krios G3 with Falcon 4i and Selectris X energy filter, a 200 kV Glacios with Falcon 4 and Gatan K3 cameras, and an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB, supported by a Vitrobot Mark IV, a Leica EM ICE high-pressure freezer and a Leica sample preparation suite. Rates are posted for WashU, external academic and commercial users.
External academic and commercial users submit a project request form and attend a project assessment meeting, then book freezing sessions and beamtime through iLab; separate external academic and commercial rates are posted.
