The UF ICBR Electron Microscopy Core Facility in Gainesville provides cryo-EM, conventional TEM, and SEM services with tiered fees for UF, non-profit, and commercial users. Its cryo-TEM is a 200 kV Thermo Scientific Glacios 2 offered as self-service or staff-assisted, supported by a Vitrobot plunge freezer. Conventional imaging uses a Talos L120C G2, a Tecnai G2 Spirit TWIN, and a Hitachi SU5000 field emission SEM, with ultramicrotomy, cryostat, critical point drying, and sputter coating support.
Fee schedule has UF, Non-Profit, and Commercial tiers and access is through the UF iLab portal.
