The Rutgers CryoEM & Nanoimaging Facility at the Institute for Quantitative Biomedicine in Piscataway operates a 200 kV Talos Arctica with a K2 Summit detector, BioQuantum energy filter and Volta phase plate, an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB/SEM, a LEO 1525 cryo-SEM with Gatan Alto 2500 stage, and a Leica EM Cryo CLEM system, with Vitrobot Mark IV and Leica EM GP plungers. A 300 kV Titan Krios with K3 detector and BioQuantum filter is also located at RCNF and is listed in the Rutgers core-facility directory and as a partner instrument by Cornell CCMR. The facility is available on a fee-for-use basis to Rutgers and external users.
