Indiana CTSI core in Suite 171 of Hockmeyer Hall of Structural Biology, directed by Wen Jiang and Thomas Klose. It operates two 300 kV Titan Krios microscopes (G1 and G4), each with a post-GIF Gatan K3 detector, and a Talos F200C with Ceta 4k and Gatan K2 Summit cameras, with Volta phase plate, Vitrobot Mark II and Mark IV, CP3 and Leica GP2 plunge freezers. Service covers single particle and tomography data collection only; image processing is not included.
Open to Purdue, other academic institutes and industry; external non-profit and industrial hourly rates are published and bookings run through iLab, with independent operation limited to qualified users.
