IEMC operates at two Emory sites. The Cherry L. Emerson site runs a JEOL JEM-2200FS 200 kV TEM with in-column omega filter and DE-20 and K2 detectors for cryo-ET, a JEOL JEM-1400 and Hitachi HT7700 120 kV TEMs, a JEOL JSM-IT700HR FE-SEM, a Thermo Fisher Hydra Bio plasma FIB-SEM with Delmic METEOR, and a Leica cryo-CLEM microscope, plus high pressure freezing and ultramicrotomy. The Biochemistry Connector site runs a 200 kV Talos Arctica with BioQuantum K3 and autoloader for single particle cryo-EM and a Talos L120C with Ceta camera, with two Vitrobot Mark IVs, a Gatan CP3, plasma cleaners, and glow dischargers across the sites.
