The Cryo-EM Structural Biology Shared Resource Facility at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus was established in 2016. It runs a 200 kV Talos Arctica X-FEG with autoloader, Ceta CMOS, and Gatan K3 Summit detector for automated single particle data collection using Leginon, Appion, and CryoSPARC Live, plus a 120 kV Talos L120C for screening and stained specimens. Sample preparation uses a Vitrobot Mark IV and a Gatan Solarus 950 plasma cleaner.
Rate sheet has SOM Academic, Academic (other institutions), and Industry tiers; contact the facility manager, and projects where staff prepare samples or analyze data are treated as collaborations.
