About This Position
EMBL-EBI (Hinxton, UK) seeks a Bioinformatician to build infrastructure connecting experimental proteomics evidence (crosslinking MS, co-fractionation MS, affinity-purification MS) with structural restraints and integrative models, advancing structural interactomics. Responsibilities include extending community data standards, building interoperable tools linking proteomics and structural biology formats, and collaborating with the PRIDE and PDB teams on linked deposition workflows. 3-year fixed-term contract.
