Scientist in Protein Technologies Center - Cell Engineering / Molecular Biology

The Protein Technologies Center within St Jude's Department of Structural Biology is hiring a scientist to engineer cell lines for structural and functional studies, including CRISPR knockouts/knock-ins, stable line generation via viral and non-viral delivery, saturation-mutagenesis-based protein engineering, and site-specific genome integration. The role provides hands-on support to cryo-EM and structural cell biology projects, preparing constructs and cell lines used for drug-discovery and structural determination work. Requires a bachelor's degree at minimum (PhD preferred) with relevant experience in molecular/synthetic biology and genome editing.
