Research Engineering/ Scientist Assistant – Deep Learning for Structural Biology

Part-time research position at the Oden Institute developing and applying deep learning models for structural biology, including protein structure prediction using geometric deep learning, diffusion models, and graph neural networks. Responsibilities include dataset preparation, GPU model training, computational experiment design, and collaboration with biochemistry and biophysics researchers. Initial six-month term with continuation contingent on funding and performance.
