About This Position

Postdoctoral Fellow in Spatial Proteomics at the Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, University of Copenhagen (Center for Glycocalyx Research). The role develops mass spectrometry-based spatial proteomics workflows for cancer diagnosis using FFPE material, including scalable workflows for analyzing plasma and extracellular vesicles and establishing phosphoproteomics methods for biopsy samples, within an international group focused on cell signaling and post-translational modifications. Requires a PhD in life sciences, publications in spatial or phosphoproteomics, MS-based proteomics expertise, bioinformatics experience with large datasets, and DIA workflow proficiency.
