The Structural Biology Shared Resource at the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center houses a Thermo Glacios 200 kV cryo-TEM configured for single particle analysis in the Health Research Center, together with a Mark IV Vitrobot and PELCO easiGlow, and pairs cryo-EM with a protein production unit.
