The Cryo-Electron Microscopy Facility at UT Southwestern operates six cryo-EM microscopes across its North and South campuses in Dallas, including two 300 kV Titan Krios instruments. The facility also provides cryo-FIB milling, cryo-confocal light microscopy and high-pressure freezing, with published FY27 rates for internal, external academic and commercial users.
