The Laboratory for Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics in the Texas A&M Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics houses a 300 kV Thermo Fisher Krios G4 cryo-TEM installed in September 2022, equipped with a Gatan K3 detector, BioContinuum imaging filter, phase plate and Ceta-D camera. The laboratory supports single-particle analysis, MicroED and cryo-tomography for the Texas A&M System and external academic and non-academic users.
