CEMAS is Ohio State University's centralized electron and ion beam microscopy facility on West Campus, serving materials and life science users. Its cryo-EM suite consists of a 300 kV Titan Krios G3i (installed spring 2019) with Gatan K3, BioQuantum energy filter, Cs image corrector and phase plate, and a 200 kV Glacios (installed late 2018) with Falcon 3EC, Ceta 16M and Ceta-D cameras. The wider center also houses a Themis Z S/TEM, Tecnai F20 and G2-30 TEMs, Apreo and Quattro SEMs, a Helios 600 DualBeam, HeliScan microCT and Rigaku XRDs, with published OSU, external non-profit and industry rates.
