The Cryo-Electron Microscopy Core at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (1819 E 101st Street, Cleveland) is the cryo-EM arm of the Cleveland Center for Membrane and Structural Biology. It operates a 300 kV Titan Krios G3i with BioQuantum K3 and Volta phase plate, a 200 kV Glacios with Selectris energy filter and Falcon 4 detector, an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB-SEM, a 200 kV Tecnai TF20 and a 120 kV Tecnai G2 Spirit T12. Access is via iLab for trained users and those seeking training.
