The Cryo-Electron Microscopy Laboratory is an NYU Langone Health shared resource with two cryo-TEMs: a 300 kV Titan Krios G3i (XFEG, Gatan K3, Falcon 3EC, Ceta, Volta phase plate, fringe-free imaging since May 2023) and a 200 kV Talos Arctica (XFEG, Gatan K3, Ceta, Volta phase plate). Sample preparation equipment includes a Vitrobot Mark IV, Leica EM GP, SPT Labtech chameleon, Gatan Solarus plasma cleaner, PELCO easiGlow and a Safematic evaporator. The lab is open to NYU, other academic and industry users through iLab.
