The Structural Biology Core Facility of the Sloan Kettering Institute, together with the Cryo-Electron Microscopy Innovation Laboratory (CEMIL), operates two Titan Krios microscopes in the Rockefeller Research Laboratory building: a Krios G2 with a Gatan K3 camera and a Krios G4 with a Selectris X energy filter and Falcon 4i detector. The core also runs two Vitrobot plunge freezers, a Mosquito Crystal crystallization robot, GPU servers and workstations. It serves MSK investigators and arranges synchrotron access at NSLS-II and APS.
