Cornell's cryo-TEM capability sits in the Cornell Center for Materials Research shared facilities in Ithaca. It operates a 200 kV Talos Arctica (Physical Sciences Building B05) with X-FEG, autoloader, Gatan K3 detector and BioQuantum energy filter for single-particle cryo-EM and tomography, a 120/200 kV Talos F200C with Ceta 16M camera and cryo capability, and a Vitrobot Mark IV in Clark Hall. The 300 kV Krios listed on the CCMR site is physically located at Rutgers RCNF in Piscataway, NJ, and is offered to Cornell users through a partnership. Published rates cover Cornell, external academic and industry users.
