📍 PRINCETON, NJ · Website ↗
Princeton's Imaging and Analysis Center, in the Andlinger building and run by the Princeton Materials Institute, houses two 300 kV Titan Krios cryo-TEMs (a G3 and a G4, the latter with Falcon 4i and Selectris energy filter), an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB/SEM, a vitrification robot and a Talos F200X S/TEM among more than 50 instruments. The Department of Molecular Biology's Electron Microscopy Core Facility runs the life-science cryo-EM pipelines (negative stain, SPA, cryo-ET) on these instruments in collaboration with the IAC. The center serves Princeton departments as well as external academic and industrial users.
