The Montana State University Cryo-EM Facility is a regional core bringing single particle analysis and cryo-electron tomography to the Northern Rocky Mountains, with a 200 kV Talos Arctica fitted with a Gatan K3 camera, a 120 kV Tecnai Spirit and a Vitrobot Mark IV. Access is available to internal MSU users, external academic users and external commercial users, with weekly screening blocks on the Arctica.
