The University of Missouri Electron Microscopy Core operates a ThermoScientific Titan Krios G4 cryo-TEM with 12-grid autoloader and phase plate for single particle analysis, cryo-ET and MicroED, together with an Aquilos 2 cryo-DualBeam, a JEOL JEM-1400, a Spectra 300 S/TEM, a VolumeScope 2 and a Helios Hydra UX. The core serves investigators from academia and industry and offers free project consultation.
