The NIDDK Cryo-EM Core provides the NIDDK intramural community with equipment and training for negative stain and cryo-EM grid preparation and imaging. It operates a Glacios with a K3 camera and a Tecnai TF20 with a K2 camera in Building 8, and a T12 in Building 50, alongside plungers and a Chameleon vitrification device.
