National Cancer Institute

📍 BETHESDA, MD · Website ↗

The CSB Cryo-EM Facility is the NCI Center for Cancer Research intramural cryo-EM core on the Bethesda campus, distinct from the National Cryo-EM Facility (NCEF) at the Frederick National Laboratory, and it primarily serves CSB and CCR investigators with time also available to other NCI and NIH intramural groups after committee review. It operates a 300 kV Titan Krios G4 with cold FEG, Selectris X filter and Falcon 4i, a 200 kV Talos Arctica G2 with BioQuantum K3, a Talos L120C and an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB-SEM.
