The Cryo-EM Core Facility at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester, directed by Chen Xu, operates a 300 kV Titan Krios acquired jointly with Harvard Medical School with Massachusetts Life Sciences Center funding, a 200 kV Talos Arctica funded by HHMI, an Aquilos cryo-FIB/SEM, and a Glacios with Selectris energy filter and Falcon 4 detector funded by a 2021 MLSC grant.
