The CryoEM Facility at MIT.nano occupies the basement of Building 12 at 60 Vassar Street, Cambridge. It operates a 300 kV Titan Krios G3i, a 200 kV Talos Arctica G2, a Hydra Bio plasma FIB with a Delmic METEOR fluorescence microscope, and a BioPrep lab with a Vitrobot Mark IV and an SPT Labtech chameleon. It serves MIT researchers, external academic institutions, and commercial companies, and also sells computational services.
