The Harvard Center for Biological Imaging is a Faculty of Arts and Sciences core facility in the LISE building on Harvard's Cambridge campus, separate from the Harvard Medical School cryo-EM center at Longwood. It operates a 200 kV Glacios 2 cryo-TEM with an integrated Falcon 4i direct electron detector, X-FEG source and Selectris energy filter for single-particle analysis, cryo-ET and MicroED. Sample preparation equipment includes a Vitrobot Mark IV, a Wohlwend high-pressure freezer and Leica EM AFS2 freeze-substitution equipment.
