The Cryo-EM Research Facility at the University of Kansas Medical Center operates a 200 kV Glacios cryo-TEM with a Falcon 4i direct electron detector and Selectris energy filter, supported by a Vitrobot Mark IV and a Refeyn mass photometer. Services covering sample preparation, grid screening, data collection and CryoSPARC processing are available to both internal and external users at posted rates.
