Georgia Electron Microscopy is the University of Georgia's Office of Research electron microscopy core, offering a 100 kV Thermo Fisher Tundra cryo-TEM with a Falcon C direct detector for single-particle screening and data collection. The facility also runs a JEOL JEM-2100 Plus TEM, a Vitrobot, cryo-SEM and STEM instruments at its Athens campus.
