The Electron Microscopy Center on the first floor of the University of Miami's Frost Institute building in Coral Gables houses a 300 kV Thermo Scientific Krios G4 cryo-TEM and a Glacios 2 cryo-TEM for single-particle analysis, cryo-ET and MicroED. The center also operates a Spectra 300, a Talos F200C and an Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB, with internal rates posted and external-user rates listed as coming soon.
