The University of Delaware's BioImaging Center operates a Thermo Scientific Talos L120C transmission electron microscope for room-temperature and entry-level cryo-TEM single-particle screening. The instrument is fitted with a Gatan Elsa cryo-holder, cryo-transfer station and a Thermo Scientific Vitrobot for plunge-freezing biological specimens.
