UC San Diego recharge core in Bonner Hall 1510 (9500 Gilman Dr., La Jolla), directed by Mariusz Matyszewski, supporting single-particle and tomographic cryo-EM. It operates a 300 keV Titan Krios G4 (Falcon 4, Selectris X) and a Titan Krios G3 (Gatan K3, BioContinuum, Volta phase plates), a 100 kV Tundra for screening, an SPT Labtech chameleon, a Vitrobot and manual plunger, a Safematic carbon coater, EMS 100 glow discharge and Solarus II plasma cleaner.
