La Jolla Institute's electron cryomicroscopy facility houses a Titan Krios with a Gatan K3 detector and BioQuantum energy filter, a Titan Halo with a Falcon 3 camera, and an Aquilos dual-beam FIB-SEM for lamella preparation, supported by CLEM and three plunge-freezing options. Commercial partners are welcome to use its services, with pricing available on consultation.
